- Extends out from the land onto the water. Not to big to be to overpowering or take away from the scenery that is already there.

Would like to use the design that represents the waves and movement of the sea.

- Glass - barrier/fencing to stop people falling of edge but also to not close off the view.
- timber
- metal
- concrete
like the idea of the platform being wood but may be better if it is a material that wouldn't get water damage.
